Starting with a UWV trajectory?

The UWV can provide you with the opportunity to engage in a reintegration trajectory. In collaboration with Arbeidstaal, I facilitate these trajectories. It is an ultimate chance to discover what you want, what you can do, and how you will achieve it. I would be happy to assist you in this process.

Types of trajectories

The UWV offers various types of trajectories, depending on your needs:

"It may seem like I'm doing nothing because I'm standing still for now. But I'm trying to find myself before I move forward again."

Modular services

You want to get moving again; to “participate” in society, have a meaningful daily routine, and eventually return to work, but you’re struggling to initiate this on your own. You don’t know how or you simply can’t seem to make it happen. With this program, I can help you get back into action. We’ll take small steps that align with your abilities and any limitations you may have. Together, we’ll explore what you can and want to do, and you’ll gradually notice that you’re on the path to recovery.

Making you ‘work-ready’

The name of the program says it all. With this trajectory, we will “get you ready” for the job market. Together, we will explore what is needed to ensure that you can start looking for a suitable job. This involves personal development, as well as a search for your skills, interests, and values. I will assist you with the initial steps towards job searching, such as creating a resume and applying for positions. The content of the trajectory will be tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Once you feel ready, you can transition to the “Job Search” trajectory, where you will actively search for a suitable job.

"The world is open to you, every direction is okay. Leave behind what you don't want and take the good things with you."

"I'm ready for the next chapter. Bring it on!"

Transitioning to employment

You are ready to reenter the workforce but would like some assistance in finding a suitable job. Together, we will set this process in motion. What constitutes a suitable job? Where can you find one, and how do you go about applying? We will work on leveraging your personal network and tapping into my network to find that perfect fit. I am eager to support you in identifying what you need to confidently return to work!”

“I would be happy to work together with you and the UWV to determine the right approach and what I can contribute to the process. We always begin with an introductory meeting to assess the chemistry and ensure that you have confidence in starting the journey.”
